Partners& has appointed Victoria Wilkinson to the role of Group Operations Director. The move, which starts on 1 July, is part of the wider plan to integrate the platform businesses of CGI, La Playa, and Versatile and align operational processes across the Partners& business.
Victoria has a wealth of industry experience to bring to the role. Previously, she was Head of Operations for CGI, Head of Strategic Partnerships with Ageas and Director of Corporate Partnerships with AXA. Earlier in her career, Victoria worked in Germany and Switzerland with AXA.
Victoria’s insight, experience and manner are just what we need as we embark on bringing our platform businesses together and optimising our working environment and processes. We are lucky to be able to make an internal appointment for such an important position – testament to the talent and quality of our people within the Partners& team.
