Access to the event - set-up and break-down

Key timings on Thursday 3 April:

7:00am – Venue will open

9:00 – Exhibitors to be in situ, set up and ready to recieve delegates.
Should your stand require more time to set up we can offer access to the exhibition hall from between 20:00 and 22:00 pm the evening before.

9:30 – Delegates arrive

15:45 – 16:30 – Exhibitors break down stands and depart

Stand break-down – please note time restriction!

Please note we are under a strict 45-minute breakdown (15:45 – 16:30) on the day of the event (Thursday 3 April) as the expo space will undergo a full transformation ahead of the evening’s awards dinner. All stands must be completely removed from the exhibition space by 16:30 at the latest.

Your stand location

All stands are space only. As standard, we will prepare x1 trestle table and x2 chairs situated within your exhibition space, which is approximately 5ft by 6ft in total. If you require power, please notify our team via the form below and we will do our best to accommodate. If your stand items do not comfortably fit within a space 6ft x 5ft, that already contains a 5ft x 2ft 6inch table and two chairs, then please email vipgathering@partnersand.com to discuss options. We will be sharing an exhibition map in due course.

Dress Code

During the day the dress code is business casual.

For those who have opted for our evening package our Gala dinner the dress code is ‘Dress to impress’. Most will be looking to wear suits/ black-tie/ cocktail dresses (smart evening wear). However, we are avoiding putting an official black-tie label on it as we want all our colleagues to feel comfortable and confident in what they are wearing.
