The role
The purpose of this role is to support our advisory team with operational tasks, speaking to providers & clients alike, producing reports and documentation, building relationships within & outside of the organisation, contributing any suggestions for improvement for the team & its processes and actively participating in the business and its initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day service of client accounts
- Providing demonstrable proactive service to clients, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders
- Acting as a key contact for clients
- To act as point of reference with insurers and dealing with negotiations if required
- Working always to business operational standards, policy and processes
- Provision/drafting and insurance of core broking documentation,
- To build positive working relationships with internal colleagues and teams
- To work collaboratively as a team to write, renew and service clients using the full end to end broking process
- To use client applications accurately and as defined by the business including invoicing and maintaining data quality
- To look for opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, passing those opportunities to internal colleagues.
- To maintain own learning and CPD Alignment with Partners& values (PACE)
Qualifications
- Cert CII or working towards (desirable)
Experience/ skills
- Excellent communication, administration and decision-making skills
- Ability to organise workflow, prioritising tasks and managing own time
- Confident in using Microsoft Suite
- Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards (desirable)
- Up to date knowledge of FCA compliance rules (desirable)
