How to use this guide
Our Working with you guide has been designed to provide additional context to your individual reports, which we have reviewed and simplified to make them more user friendly! In addition to that, we recommend that you read this guide alongside your report. It outlines what we need from you and what you can expect from us, particularly when it’s time to make a claim.
Whilst this document does not take the place of the policy documentation, it is intended to provide a fuller understanding of how your commercial insurance works. And, of course, we are always here to discuss any aspect of your insurance programme or your wider risk environment.
