We are looking for a Client Adviser to join our team at Partners& covering the Oxford, High Wycombe and Essex areas.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide exceptional service to our clients and quality support to our Client Executives.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Client Executives with responsibility for the day-to-day servicing of client accounts.
Applying insurance knowledge and principles to day-to-day tasks enabling the delivery of exceptional service. - Negotiating terms for our clients with insurers.
- Always working to our business operational standards, policies and processes.
- Using awareness of the different distribution channels available for the benefit of our clients.
- Building positive working relationships with Partners& colleagues and teams.
- Working collaboratively as part of our team to write new business, look after renewals and service our clients throughout the year.
- Using client applications and processes accurately and as defined by the business including invoicing and maintaining data quality.
- Looking for opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, passing those opportunities to internal colleagues and our ecosystem.
- Ensuring stakeholders have the information & tools necessary to make capable & confident decisions.
- Taking consideration of the wider context of situations & deal with any ambiguities.
- Engaging with other team members to achieve better customer outcomes.
- Maintaining your own learning and continued professional development.

Qualifications
- Cert CII or working towards.
Experience / skills
- Excellent communication, administration and decision-making skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of the insurance industry with reference to commercial insurance.
- A general understanding of the underwriting, claims and broking processes.
- Ability to apply standard policy wording, extensions and limitations.
- Ability to organise workflow, prioritise tasks and manage own time.
- Confident use of Microsoft Suite.
- Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of FCA compliance rules.
- Competent in using an insurance client system; Acturis an advantage.
- Confident in both raising & receiving concerns & know how to appropriately escalate issues.
- Established professional principles and exceptional personal integrity.
