In April 2020, a new insurance advisory business entered the insurance marketplace - Partners&. Led by CEO, Phil Barton, Partners& marked a turning point in the way advisers engage with clients. Launched our Challenger strategy

Building on our Next Generation strategy and our ambitions to challenge our marketplace, our Challenger strategy aims to recommit to our founder’s insurgent mission, enabling us to focus as a business on attaining scale insurgency.

Through this strategy, we intend to further invest in our people and client proposition, whilst leading our industry in the sustainability challenge we all face. Our focus is to nurture our owners’ mindset, fuel our front-line obsession and celebrate the accountability and talent that has super charged our journey to date.
