I often say to my team in the Midlands, really grasp this moment. Many of us will never get this opportunity to have a voice and shape a business of this scale from the start. We've also had rapid growth in the four years and personally I love the pace and the change. My advice to anybody joining Partizan would be to bring your whole self to the business and to ensure that you're up and ready for the challenges from ahead.

Neil O’Sullivan

It means a lot to me that Partners& is  seeking out a new way to do things and that excited me. And I think any time that you feel a level of excitement about a role it really motivates you to A. want to join that business and B. stay at that business because of course you're getting up every morning and there's transformation, there's change and there's a constant desire for agitation in that industry.

Rebecca Merry

The drive of being part of this business was that opportunity to join something new and fresh, something that wanted to challenge the market and really change the way insurance broking is delivered and perceived.

Simon Haynes

Collaboration is one of the values here at Partners& and I think that sums us up perfectly. You can reach out to anybody in the business for support or advice and someone will always be there. Laura FordWe work with a charity called Working Options and I was able to actually go back to my old school and talk to children about their careers and share my journey so far. It was quite an achievement to be able to do that. Partners& are always looking at ways to give back.

We aim to respond to you within one working week as to whether you have been invited to interview by the hiring manager. This is two way conversation to understand your experience and career aspirations. If your application is not appropriate for the advertised vacancy we will keep your details on file should a further vacancy arise.

You will quickly be invited to a second interview which will be competency based discussion with the hiring manager and an HR representative. You may also be asked to complete an psychometric assessment which helps the company understand your development plan were you to join us. Our aim is to ensure your recruitment journey is as seamless and as expedient as possible therefore you should expect to know the outcome of the interview within a few days.

We appreciate that joining a new company can be daunting and exciting. Your onboarding experience is of the paramount importance to us. Therefore you will receive your offer letter and subsequent contract and onboarding forms within the first few weeks of a verbal offer. During the period before joining us your new manager will keep in touch with you on regular basis to answer any questions you may have. Prior to your first day you will be clear on the induction process and will have received your IT equipment.
