Partners& is thrilled to announce that it has been shortlisted for three character defining categories in the 2026 UK Broker Awards. Each of the categories underscore the fundamental principles at the heart of Partners&.
High Net Worth Insurance Broker of the Year – providing a unique level of service to our individual clients, supporting them to protect their home, their family and the things they love.
Insurance Broker Customer Service Award – delivering Partners&’s founding purpose – to help clients understand what insurance they have, and why they have it – and ultimately, moving away from a transactional relationship to one based on partnership, understanding and a focus on people.
Insurance Broker Employer of the Year – focusing on attracting, developing and retaining the best people by creating an environment where they feel they belong and can deliver their best for clients, based on the belief that motivated, talented people deliver better client service.

Our purpose is to do what’s right for our clients and the people who serve our clients, to challenge the status quo and to be the catalyst for changing our profession for the better. It’s our north star, and something we’ve been focused on since we launched in 2020.

“I’m particularly pleased for our Private Client team. The commitment they demonstrate, the care they deliver and the capability they display daily is impressive. I’m delighted they have been recognised in this way.
