Our approach to claims

We take a proactive approach to providing claims support for our clients. Our claims colleagues are part of your advisory team from day one, putting claims management and prevention at the forefront of your insurance programme.  We believe your adviser should stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you should the worst arise.

Our team has many years of experience adjusting claims for insurers and working on client’s behalf, preparing, presenting, and negotiating complex property and business interruption claims for our clients.  We work proactively with our clients to support them through the claims process.

How we’ll work with you?

We don’t stand on the sidelines waiting for the worst to happen – our team of chartered loss adjusters take a proactive approach to help prevent claims, working with our broking team to provide unique insight and experience when designing your insurance programme, being a part of your journey with Partners& from the very beginning.

Nonetheless, if the worst happens, we will work collaboratively with you to understand the scope and extent of loss, identify immediate needs and support a decision-making process to ensure that you and/or your business is able to quickly recover from the impact of a significant loss.
