Telemarketing Executive

The primary purpose of the role is to proactively reach out to our existing clients, opening conversations that help them access the full spectrum of advice and solutions we provide.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a first‑class, proactive service to our existing clients by initiating meaningful contact, building strong conversations, and ensuring they remain fully informed of the support and solutions available to them.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes through potential upsells, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales and advice process.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, resilience, curiosity and a results‑focused approach in every interaction.
  • Always working to our business operational standards, policies and processes.
  • Looking for opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, passing those opportunities to internal colleagues and our ecosystem.
  • Maintaining your own learning and continued professional development.
  • Demonstrating alignment with our Partners& values.

Experience/ skills

  • Proven ability to provide a responsive first-class service to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and build your knowledge base.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
  • A results‑driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Confident computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to organise workflow, prioritise tasks and manage own time.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office suite.

Duties

  • Making proactive, high‑volume outbound calls to existing clients to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs, qualify opportunities and ensure they receive the right level of support.
  • Providing clear, accurate information about our products, services and wider Partners& offering.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records within our CRM system.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to build product knowledge and enhance communication and sales techniques.
