The purpose of this role is to support the design, planning and implementation of change, in line with business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the design, planning and delivery of business change projects
- Developing consistent systems and processes to support best practice across the business
- Ensuring that IT and broking applications/platforms remain fit for purpose
- Advocating the broking applications optimisation
- Supporting on broking system migration projects, including configuration, mapping, documents, testing and training design and delivery
- Assisting with data analysis for the business
- Assisting development and maintenance of SQL data warehouse
- Promoting and developing approaches for process and system improvements to continually enhance the colleague and client experience
- Supporting the design and delivery of training and communications on agreed projects
- Building and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers on technical development of systems and telephony infrastructure
- Maintaining own CPD
Qualifications
- Cert CII preferred but not essential
Experience/ skills
- Working experience in a change management function
- Business analyst skills – data analysis and process mapping
- Systems training
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Ability to influence others and work towards a common goal
- Adaptable and ability to organise self
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Concern for excellence and quality
- Detailed understanding of insurance broking processes and practice
- Experience of the Acturis broking platform
- Experience of SQL database creation and queries
