We offer access to a range of Bupa Health assessments which you can provide for your employees at discounted rates. These can be provided for your employees either at a Bupa health centre or via a remote health assessment with many of the same tests carried out in the comfort of their own home.

What do Bupa Health Assessments include?

A Bupa health assessment provides a detailed look at both current and future health risks. It provides insights into risks for conditions including cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, with dedicated time to discuss the results with a health adviser or GP. If needed, follow-up appointments can be arranged — either privately or through the NHS — and Bupa offers a full year of support to help achieve long-term health goals.

We offer access to a selection of tailored Bupa health assessments for your employees, all of which come with ongoing support which includes follow-up coaching calls, 12 months access to the Anytime HealthLine, digital wellbeing resources and more.

Face to face consultations:
All include:

  • Lifestyle discussion to identify goals
  • A range of core tests (depending upon the assessment chosen), including blood tests for type 2 diabetes and cholesterol.
  • Mobility and flexibility review
  • Mental health and wellbeing discussion
  • Using the attendee’s health risk profile to define areas for focus and change.

Be.Motivated – helping your employees identify opportunities to make positive, lasting lifestyle changes. This 60-minute assessment takes place with a health adviser.

Be.Ready – empowering your employees to make changes by providing expert insight and advice on any potential health issues. Be.Ready includes 60 minutes with a health adviser and up to 30 minutes with a doctor.

Be.Reassured – designed for employees who are concerned about a health risk that runs in the family, or who need extra confidence to make some lifestyle changes. Be.Reassured includes a 60 minute session with a health adviser and up to 60 minutes with a doctor.

Be.Ahead – with the support of a health adviser, doctor insights and an advanced fitness test, your employees will be armed with the right knowledge to take their wellbeing to the next level. Be.Ahead includes 2 hours with a health adviser including a 30 minute in-depth fitness test using and up to 60 minutes with a doctor.

Can I offer Bupa Health Assessments to home or hybrid workers?

If your workforce includes employees who are either hybrid workers or entirely home-based, you can provide access to screenings via Bupa’s remote Health Assessments.

We can provide access to two at-home Bupa Health Assessments:

Be.Healthy at Home which includes:

  • Tailored advice, using questionnaires to build a unique health risk profile based on clinically validated tools
  • Home testing kit, including a blood sampling device to test for type 2 diabetes and cholesterol along with a tape measure and blood pressure monitor for the attendee to keep
  • 45 minute video consultation with a health adviser, involving a lifestyle discussion, reviewing the blood test results, mobility and flexibility review, mental health and wellbeing discussion and using the information to define areas for focus and behavioural change
  • Ongoing support with two follow-up coaching calls and 12 months access to Anytime HealthLine.
  • A range of digital wellbeing resources

Be.Healthy at Home Plus includes all of the above together with up to 30 minutes with a doctor by phone or video to discuss the results of the assessments or any other concerns and provides an opportunity to take a closer look at mental health, if required.
