Overview and key points
Partners& is thrilled to have been shortlisted for the 2026 Insurance Times Awards in the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker category.
As a business whose aim is to challenge the status quo in the insurance market and put the customer back into the centre, the announcement will be welcome news for the team.
Partners& was founded with a clear purpose: to reject transactional broking and create a client model that enables colleagues to build long lasting trusted relationships – true partnerships to address what it sees as the fragmented nature of advice typically provided by transactional brokers focused on renewal rather advice.
The result has been the development of a unique client journey and discovery-focused resilience model aimed at gaining a deep understanding of a client’s business, their risks and challenges, and providing advice that is relevant to them.
According to Jon Miller, Chief Client Officer,
“Since launching in 2020, we haven’t wavered from our purpose. We continue to believe that our role as insurance and risk advisers is to support clients in building resilience to the 21st Century risks they face.
“Our solution has been to introduce, and continually evolve, our unique client journey to deliver advice that is based on the risks clients have told us they face in today’s complex and rapidly changing world. The insight we have gained through our Client Journey and discovery model proves we’re delivering advice that is right for the client, helping them achieve their goals.
“We’re excited about being recognised by Insurance Times, and wish the other finalists all the best on the night!”
Other finalists include C&C Insurance Brokers, Got You Covered, and Superscript Insurance.
The winners will be announced on 2 December 2026 at Grosvenor House, London.
