Adding value beyond the provision of benefits alone
Adding value beyond the provision of the benefits alone, helping the client at every stage of the process pre-sale, post-sale and supporting through a point of claim.
Being a valued business insurance customer of Partners&, the electrical distribution business required an advisor who would help with employee engagement and communication.
The client required an extensive market review of their benefits to ensure their product selection was appropriate.
In addition to this, soon after the client reached out for our support with their benefits, the company unfortunately lost a team member who unexpectedly died in service.
Applying our harmonised wellbeing, engagement and benefits approach, we were able to demonstrate that we could support the business in improving their benefits strategy.
Due to time constraints and the client’s renewal date fast approaching, we initially took over the administration and servicing of the existing policies with a view to build on what they had to evolve the programme across the year.
Faced with a life insurance claim, we supported the company through this difficult period, responding quickly and professionally. We also recognised that the existing policy provided access to bereavement support and counselling and helped the client to communicate this to all employees.
With our proven wellbeing, engagement and benefits strategy, we were able to support the client in several areas, including one key area of employee engagement and communication.
We helped ensure all employees were aware of the support they had in place within their existing package and throughout the transition into their new programme. An area we felt strongly about was supporting the employees with the impact of bereavement and advice should the worst happen again.
When given the opportunity to review, we added value beyond the provision of the benefits alone, spending time supporting the client with engagement and improving the overall wellbeing of their people in addition to recommendations regarding their benefit provision.
