Making a difference for the causes we support
In early 2024, we invited our colleagues to nominate causes they felt strongly about, ones they wanted to support, and which aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Once we had the shortlist, we cast our votes to select the organisation we would support in each of our regions for the 2024/25 financial year.
Scotland
Mikeysline The team at Mikeysline provide text based and face to face support for people all ages struggling to cope. They work to break down the stigma, provide support and raise awareness about mental health issues and suicide.
North
The Howarth Foundation The mission of The Howarth Foundation is to secure meaningful employment and housing for individuals who have experienced homelessness by partnering with companies that are willing and able to offer our clients a job – and a second chance at life.
Midlands
Midlands Air AmbulanceCharity The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity provides patients with outstanding pre-hospital care and lifesaving intervention through the operation of a helicopter-led emergency medical services.
South West
Broadway Lodge Since 1974, the multidisciplinary team at Broadway Lodge have helped to transform the lives of thousands of people, supporting them in their recovery from addiction to alcohol, illicit drugs, prescription drugs, gambling, sex and gaming.
South East
Wycombe Food Hub Wycombe Food Hub provides food for the local community, especially the elderly, under privileged and homeless people, bridging the gap between retail shops and foodbanks to ensure good food is available to everyone.
