MRIB Insurance, one of the UK’s leading chartered insurance brokers, with offices in High Wycombe, has rebranded to Partners&. After 50 years providing insurance broking advice to clients, the move marks the next step in the group’s growth journey.
The new business will be led by Phil Barton, as CEO, a leading industry figure with a proven track record for building strong teams and successful organisations.
This move gives us more resources and capability to serve clients in the expert advisory way they have come to expect from us. Phil and I have known each other for many years, and we share a similar passion for client service and the relentless pursuit of continuous improvement. Together our aim is simple: to create the best insurance advisory business in the UK.
Edward goes on to explain:
On the day to day, the experience for our clients will remain exactly the same – the same advice and service from the same people. The significant benefits of this new model are twofold: firstly, we will enhance our proposition to include improved risk management capabilities and employee benefits expertise. Secondly, we’re investing in technology to streamline some administrative tasks so that our people have more time to spend with clients. We’ll also have better systems to inform the insight we have and to enhance the advice we provide.
Edward, along with Elaine Woodall and Paul Finch were on location as the MRIB sign was swapped for the new Partners& sign in front of the office at 25 Amersham Hill. The name of building, Eagle House has been changed to MRIB House to retain the much loved heritage and respect for the business and the Finch family.
