How we started our sustainability journey
We have a burning desire to challenge the status quo in our industry – and in 2023, that took the shape of a plan to become a truly resilient business and to make sustainability one of our strategic imperatives. Now, we want to share what we’ve learnt with our clients.
Our sustainability strategy – an approach based on partnership
When we embarked on our sustainability journey in 2023, we struggled with how and where to begin. We were faced with a staggering amount of information and decisions to make. Having consulted with insurer partners, members of our ecosystem and our colleagues, we were able to create a roadmap of short-, medium- and long-term decisions and meaningful actions that will positively impact our people, the way we operate and the impact we have on the environment.
Now that we have a clear plan in place, we want to share our journey with others – because the most important thing we can all do today is start!
