Elaine Lamb has been appointed to the role of Practice Partner (Science & Technology) at Partners&. In this role, Elaine will be responsible for leading the national specialist team in providing high quality, seamless insurance, risk management and employee benefits advice to the science and technology sector.
With 20 years’ experience in the Science and Technology sector, Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the role. Having been with Partners& since it launched in 2020, she has formed strong relationships across the business and with insurance markets and ecosystem partners. She also has a clear understanding of the needs of clients, having worked with a wide range of inspiring businesses to support their growth and development – from helping ground-breaking start-ups implement vital patent protection, to advising long-standing clients as they expand internationally and encounter new risks.
Elaine succeeds Hanna Beaumont who left Partners& to join Chubb as Life Science and HealthTech Practice Industry Lead. Elaine will report to Jonathan Miller, Chief Client Officer, who heads up the Partners& Industry Practice Groups.
