Partners&, an award-winning insurance advisory business, has strengthened its growing M&A advisory practice with the appointments of Dan Moss as Client Director (M&A) and Felix Sloman as Client Partner – Head of W&I and Tax Insurance. The move to enhance its M&A offering is in response to what Partners& sees as growing demand to support clients throughout the full lifecycle of M&A transactions.
Felix and Dan join from A J Gallagher (previously Assured Partners) and bring extensive experience in transaction insurance advice and placement. Together, they will work alongside the existing award-winning M&A advisory team, led by Julie Scott, to further develop specialist expertise in an area of growing importance for businesses, investors and advisers seeking to navigate complex transactions.
The appointments strengthen the ability of the Partners& team to advise on W&I and Tax Insurance solutions across a broad range of sectors, transaction sizes and geographies, delivering specialist support to corporate finance houses, legal advisers, investors and business owners.
