Partners& makes multiple internal promotions

Partners& has restructured its general insurance business to position it for future accelerated organic growth with the appointment of nine newly created roles.

The roles will be under the leadership of Ewan MacDonald CEO _North) and Lee Davey (CEO – South). The move positions its agile and highly skilled team to focus on delivering excellent client retention and strong organic growth.

Eight of the nine appointments are internal promotions, five of whom have graduated from the Partners& Leadership Academy, which has recently received CII accreditation for the second year running.

Phil Barton, Group CEO, said: “Since we launched Partners&, we have been committed to investing in our people and their professional development. Our first cohort enrolled in the Partners& Academy in 2021 and we are now seeing that investment paying off. Of the 9 appointments, five colleagues are Academy graduates. Since 2020, we have made more than 100 internal promotions.

“I’m immensely proud of the talent we have in our business. The colleagues stepping into these roles will lead our teams to provide the care, advice and support that clients deserve as they seek to navigate the current economic challenges.”
