Partners& has appointed Billy Manley to the role of Managing Partner, Business Development (South). Reporting to Howard Jones, Managing Partner for the South, Billy will lead the delivery of the Partners& growth strategy across its General Insurance corporate and commercial business throughout Southern England. In his role, he will focus on empowering colleagues to deliver exceptional client experience, driving sustainable growth and strengthening the firm’s consultative approach to risk management.
Billy brings more than a decade of UK insurance market experience, having previously held senior positions with Marsh and, most recently, Everywhen. He joins Partners& at a pivotal stage in its growth journey and is passionate about helping businesses move beyond transactional insurance purchasing toward a more strategic, partnership-led approach to managing risk.
For Billy, the ideal client is an owner-managed business seeking more than insurance placement alone. “Today’s businesses want advisers who understand their ambitions, challenge their thinking and work alongside them as trusted partners.
