Partners& thrilled to announce partnership with next generation British F3 driver, Zak O’Sullivan

Sharing a passion for the next generation, Partners& are proud to be supporting up-and-coming British racing driver, Zak O’Sullivan, as he continues on his journey to F1.

Zak O’Sullivan secured his third win of the season this weekend at the Austrian Grand Prix, returning home victorious after his first F3 Feature Race win in Spielburg.  Back to back wins for O’Sullivan after debuting his partnership with Partners& earlier in June on the track in Barcelona for the Spanish Grand Prix.

The Cheltenham based driver began driving at just eight years old, transitioning from karting to cars in 2019 to pursue his dream of reaching F1. In January 2021, Zak became the youngest-ever BRDC Superstar, and after dominating the GB3 Championship he was quickly snapped up by Williams, joining the Williams Racing Driver Academy in February 2022.

The key to high performance is a holistic and continuous focus on risk management and risk mitigation; an approach that Partners& takes in the risk management advice it delivers to clients, and which is personified in Zak and his team’s approach to race preparation.

Speaking on the partnership, Zak said:

“I am very pleased to be flying the flag for Partners& in FIA F3, and their support is greatly appreciated. Spending some time with the team at Partners& has really highlighted the importance of diligent preparation in their business. There are a surprising number of similarities in the ways we operate, and of course, it’s great to have their support as we work towards my dream of reaching F1.”

Andy Williams, Client Partner at Partners& said:

“We are thrilled to be supporting Zak this season. Having followed his journey for some time there is no doubt he is a talented young driver with an impressive career ahead. United by our shared values and a passion for challenging the status quo we are proud to be partnered with Zak and his team as their 2023 chapter continues to unfold.”
