Established in 2017, TW Group (South Wales) LTD is a dynamic and forward-thinking construction company specialising in a wide range of projects for both private and public sectors. From new housing developments to the meticulous work of re-roofing, they are dedicated to delivering excellence in every facet of construction.
The Challenge
Having built a strong reputation across South Wales, TW Group have scaled their business by proving they deliver – and it’s helped them to win a series of larger contracts. Recognising that with increased growth comes increased risk, the  client wanted to work with a specialist insurance broker who would understand and anticipate their needs, proactively communicate, and efficiently handle any changes that may be required to their programme as they continue to grow.
Due to their evolving needs and managing larger contracts, it was paramount the client had direct access to an adviser who would understand the cover levels that would be required and to forge a strong, lasting partnership, rather than the transactional relationships they had been experiencing..
Upon meeting Craig Adams and the wider team at Partners& to discuss the challenges the business faced, the client instantly felt reassured that they were in good hands.
Support
Having undertaken a holistic review of their business, exploring the wider risk landscape and really getting to know the business, the Partners& team were able to identify and address some key exposures TW Group had outside of their existing insurance programme relating to Contractors Combined, Professional Indemnity, Contract Works and the endorsements currently set on their current portfolio.
In addition to the forensic audit Partners& conducted, Craig and his team also involved the Administration and Operations team at TW Group in discussions and plans.
Liaising with the whole team at TW Group helped both parties understand all aspects of the company’s operations,  from ongoing risk management practices, and health and safety to driver training and issues surrounding claims. Working in collaboration proved to be an efficient way of ensuring both parties were aware of changes to policies and avoiding breaks or delays in cover so that the client could remain focused on delivering for their client rather than worrying about potential delays so they can maintain, and work as required efficiently for their customers.
Perform
After several successful years together as their broker despite their original concern from past insurance relationships Craig and the Team continue as they first set out – to provide a seamless approach to cover, efficiently and with in-depth knowledge of the client and their business.
