Partners& has welcomed two significant investment hires to take its wellbeing and employee benefits business into its next phase of growth. Tom Klinkenberg joins Partners& as Managing Partner, Wellbeing, Health & Protection (WH&P), and Dan Lamb as Client Director.
Partners& has welcomed two significant investment hires to take its wellbeing and employee benefits business into its next phase of growth. Tom Klinkenberg joins Partners& as Managing Partner, Wellbeing, Health & Protection (WH&P), and Dan Lamb as Client Director.
Tom will be responsible for leading the WH&P business, executing a business strategy that focuses on organic growth through delivering expanded solutions for clients, and attracting and developing a high performing team. He will report to Ewan MacDonald, Partners& CEO (Trading), and will be a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Partners&, Tom was Head of People Solutions, UK at Lockton and previously ran the London region for the Health Solutions business at Aon.

The second appointment to the Partners& team is Dan Lamb who joins as Lead Client Director, reporting to Tom.
With over 30 years’ experience in this sector, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in the corporate wellbeing, health and protection sector. Prior to joining Partners&, Dan was a Regional Consulting Team Leader at Mercer Marsh Benefits. His focus at Partners& will be to use his industry insights and people leadership skills to, in collaboration with his team, deliver strategic advice to corporate clients, looking at their wider programme and providing the Partners& brand of seamless advice.
Dan said: “I love this industry and our role in helping clients to provide security for millions of employees. I was immediately attracted to the concept behind the Partners& Difference and the way Phil Barton articulated this to me at our first meeting. My aim will be to work with the team to continually raise standards for our corporate clients and deliver innovative, progressive and sustainable solutions that are truly individual and relevant to their employees and that span the range of wellbeing, health and protection.
