Partners& is gearing up for its first annual charity challenge

Colleagues at Partners& are gearing up to commit to its first charity challenge. The aim is to get people together in teams to have some fun, get fit and support their nominated charity, Working Options.

The challenge has been designed to appeal to all levels of fitness. For the cycling enthusiasts, individuals can cycle 100 miles, a team of two can cycle 50 miles each or a team of four can cycle 25 miles each in a day. Teams across the UK will be gathering on 14 May.

The walking challenge involves walking 100 miles in the month of May. Teams of colleagues are getting together to support each other throughout the month.

Partners& is committed to diversity and inclusion – a key part of which is providing access for young people to learn about the insurance sector and consider it as a viable career option. As such, it has partnered with Working Options in Education, an employability and life skills charity that helps young people to aim high and fulfil their potential.

It is also partnering with YuLife, its employee benefits, wellbeing, engagement and rewards partner to track activity through the YuLife app.
