On the back of its second Investor in Customers (IIC) feedback survey, Partners& has put in place an action plan to address key areas for improvement.
Partners& received a “gold” rating and an overall score of 8.33 (out of 10). The lower scoring dimensions, (anticipating clients’ needs and building quality relationships) are two areas that will be addressed through the action plan.
Since Partners& launched in 2020, its purpose has been to create a positive experience for clients, helping them to understand what insurance they have and why they have it.
According to Phil Barton, CEO: “We’re a business that believes in continuous improvement. The experience clients have working with us is important – because we’re not looking for a quick win – we’re looking to build long term relationships with our clients. Through this action plan, we want clients to know that we have listened to their feedback and we are putting measures in place to focus on the areas for improvement.” Click here to read what Partners& has planned.
