Welcome to our BEAT pledge! We are super excited to share with you some of the learnings and resources we have developed as part of our own award-winning ED&I strategy.
Why ED&I is important to us?
We recognise the role and responsibility we have as an employer to do what we can to shape a fairer, more inclusive society. In developing our own ED&I strategy, our mission was make belonging and inclusion business as usual – and since introducing our BEAT programme, we have.
How did we do it?
We made it a strategic priority and set out clear aims and objectives for what good looked like to us. I would encourage any management team to have a discussion around what you want to achieve. Once you have that conversation and put in place your action plan, you’ll be half way there!”
Our one request…
In return, we would like to challenge the businesses that join our BEAT pledge to commit to at least one ED&I initiative in the next twelve months. Not sure where to start, don't worry! Our suite of exclusive resources, training and insights will provide you with tons of tips and tricks to help inspire you and the positive change you would like to create within your business.
