In early 2024, we took the decision to partner with a charity in each of our regions.
Throughout 2024 and 2025, our teams in the North England partnered with Howarths Foundation. From April 2026, our colleagues voted to support Connecting Crossgates – a charity founded by local people, bringing people together for good with projects including a community café, mental health support and events for children.
Our Partners& Leeds colleagues organise fundraising events throughout the year, with quizzes, raffles and sporting activities.
In October 2025, Partners& hosted a unique workshop at Yorkshire Wildlife Park on the challenging topic of protecting your business with a people strategy. As part of the event, a prize draw was held, raising over £350 for The Howarth Foundation.
