We’re here to help you ask the right questions, so that together, we can work on the best outcomes for you, your business and your people.

It is not a legal requirement however, it would be wise for any business offering a courier, delivery, or removal  services to be covered. It is often a requirement in the majority of commercial contracts as the cost of replacing lost or damaged goods can be fatal to many businesses.

Typically, goods in transit covers the loss of materials, goods or cargo that are  lost, stolen or damaged in transit, and may make it possible to recover the cost of the items in question.

Goods in transit also covers businesses when they are subject to transport related delays, such as delays, delays caused by mislabelling, deliveries to the wrong address, or even items signed for by the wrong person.

Certain goods in transit insurance may also include cover for items left in the vehicle overnight, if the vehicle is locked and parked in a secure place.
