Partners& is proud to be named one of the first official shirt sponsors as York RLFC reveals their brand new kit for the newly independent women’s team, The Valkyrie.
York RLFC continues to lead the way revolutionising both the Rugby League and the sporting world, with not only the announcement of their ladies’ team’s new identity as The Valkyrie, last month, the Rugby League World Cup hosts have today revealed the team’s brand new kit independent from the York Knights (men’s team).
The Valkyrie kit has drawn together businesses from across York, whom all share the same forward-thinking passion for equal representation in sports and, of course, a love for rugby.
The Club said:
“It’s time for our club to take a bold step in giving this team their own identity”. We are delighted to bring you a new look for York RLFC, one that will take us into a future for the Club and sport that we will be at the forefront of.Known for their strength, courage, endurance, agility and durability, the attributes shown by the Valkyrie are epitomised by our women’s team, one that we all believe can become the very best in this, the greatest game of all.”
